About us

Amstercandles is a start-up company based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. 

At Amstercandles we give old bottles another chance in life by turning them into candles, our mission is to be as environmentally friendly as possible, while hand making an amazing product. The eco-friendly candle, made from soy wax is vegan and free from additives, petroleum, preservatives & phthalates.

 

Over the years, we poured our heart and soul into growing this passion project to what it is today. From our humble beginnings working hard on perfecting recipes in our home kitchen and roughing it out at flea markets, we currently have a modest team of five in our very own studio space, with the very same goal of providing good quality and affordable aromatherapy products.

All our products are hand-poured and handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality control at every step of the process. We only scent our products with certified, therapeutic grade essential oils, allowing you to experience the great benefits of aromatherapy when you use our products.
